I recently had Muhammad rebuild my wooden walkway, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, he was professional, reliable, and demonstrated exceptional attention to detail.

The quality of his workmanship is outstanding. The new walkway is sturdy, beautifully finished, and has completely transformed the look of the area. Muhammad took pride in his work, communicated clearly throughout the project, and ensured everything was completed to a very high standard.

It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about delivering the best possible result, but Muhammad certainly does. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy builder. If you want a job done right, Muhammad is the person to call.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly professional, excellent craftsmanship, and outstanding service. Thank you, Muhammad!

Engaged Muhammed to do a small retiling job in my bathroom. Good to engage, provided a clear quote and description of the job needed to do and fairly priced. Good communications. Turned up each day on time to get job done. Job required multiple visits - existing tile removal, prep and drying, waterproofing layer and prep, then retiling.

Very happy with the job and recommended. Will use him again in the future for any further work.

Muhammad came to do some tile repairs for me where I had removed some fitted wardrobes so it was a job that required unusual shapes and sizes to patch. What a lovely person! And he did a great job! I really couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you!

Precious Constructions was recommended to us by a friend who had used the company for repairs and maintenance to their property.
Our deck was severely damaged by a hailstorm in January 2025. The Laserlite roof of the deck sustained holes as big as golf balls and had to be completely replaced. Usman and his team replaced the Laserlite, repaired and repainted the deck and restained the floor. The repairs and repainting were carried out in a timely manner, very efficiently, together with close attention to detail. We were consulted every step of the way by Usman and any issues that arose during the work were quickly resolved and the work continued with no delays. The communication between Usman and ourselves by either email or text message was excellent and very friendly. The deck now looks as good as new since the repairs were completed and we are very happy with the result.
We would recommend Usman and Precious Constructions for any home repairs needed to be carried out. These would be done in a timely, respectful manner at an affordable price.
